u need at lintelligent employees to guide/supervise not so intelligent employees. like, an engineer to guide technicians.

from my past experiences, i have noticed that employers either have high or low standards in terms of employee intelligence. they rarely mix and match intelligent employees with stupid ones.

krammy – Oh don’t worry if I’m really intelligent. I’m not. If I am, I would have been a professor or scientist of somekind. ;-)
However, to answer your question, here’s something to fuel your thinking a bit (that’s some experience you got there…) :

- I was hired 10 years ago
- my superior was hired a few years later.
- who then hired more employees, which consisted some of the not very bright kinds…
- I blogged about it today.
