hi. i was just reading through your blog, and the number of stupid people you work with makes me wonder how intelligent you are. from my past experiences, i have noticed that employers either have high or low standards in terms of employee intelligence. they rarely mix and match intelligent employees with stupid ones.

However, to answer your question, here’s something to fuel your thinking a bit (that’s some experience you got there…) :
- I was hired 10 years ago
- my superior was hired a few years later.
- who then hired more employees, which consisted some of the not very bright kinds…
- I blogged about it today.
