Patronize stand-alone outlets. You'll get way better service with good pricing. I was in the optical line for a while some years ago (as a rookie) & the boss was literally on my neck everyday making sure I was saying & doing the right things for the customers! Die-die must make customer happy so that they'll come back. And they did. Always. Yeah, meyour & shaolin tiger are right. Patronize stand-alone outlets. Most of the time, owners run the shop, unlike focus and england, owners are somewhere in genting driving big benz, Their shop may look like 50 years old shop, but these ah pek gave most precise presciption you'll ever get.
