southern – hey that’s a good idea ! Low budget can use those mono loudspeaker ala “old newspaper” type. We can yell through the speaker directly… like :
“Hoi … that girl with the pink top …in that red kancil… there … there … stop picking your nose.”

Why not use a loud hailer cum horn instead that has been preprogrammed so that you can with a touch of a button blurt out pre recorded messages such as

“What died and climbed up your neck”
“Yo baby, you free tonight?”
“Move over bitch”
“F U”
or record messages found on this site http://www.roadrage.com/

Imagine pressing on the “FU” button a couple of times in quick session, might also be used for rap music. Could also consider including sound effects like a roar of a T-Rex in the neighbourhood at midnight would really be fun.

ps. Just don’t do it in my neighbourhood :P

I did that once to a stray cat that was looking in the opposite direction. And I am still amazed that cats can do a 180 turn without bending their limbs! LOL

jason – BMW horns are just mediocre (though quite loud). I’m talking bout those truck horns … I wonder if it’s gonna affect the load and the car’s electrical properties.
